Tanya Van Rickley
Tanya is an award winning sales leader & Ironman triathlete with 22+ years of business development, management experience and leadership training. She is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and DiSC Trainer/Coach. She works with top producers and top producing teams by helping them communicate better to work together as a team. She believes anyone can be a leader with the right influence, mentorship and resources. Ultimately, she loves "Building Better Leaders".
She's known for her energy and strong ability to connect with those she trains and leads. Tanya is an ID on the DiSC Scale; therefore, She is extremely goal-oriented, collaborative and has an extreme passion for helping other's succeed and maximize their talents by developing leadership & life skills to influence and attract people and opportunities.
Tanya is a new member of the zipper club recovering from double bypass heart surgery on 11/19/2021. Heart surgery was not going to stop her from adventure seeking, loving nature and her two children ages 20 & 22. She's a San Diego native, living on the east coast, who's addicted to working and building. When not working, you'll find her hiking in Colorado (even in the snow), snowboarding with her children, backpacking, camping, paddle boarding or training for 12 or 24 hour Goruck events put on by former Special Forces. She generally doesn't turn down any adventure. Her life motto is "Move More to Be More".

Richard Van Rickley, CPD
Richard Van Rickley, Tanya's older brother, recently retired after 27 amazing years in the Army in Special Forces as a Green Beret where they worked in teams of 12 and skilled at challenging assumptions, breaking down barriers, constantly innovating and achieve the impossible all while their operational environment was constantly changing.
He served 17 years in Special Forces and retired as a Warrant Officer 3.
He is currently using his leadership, teambuilding, and decision-making skills to build tangible wealth and to provide leadership to those who need it. In his past assignments, it was essential that he remain flexible, think critically and develop his subordinates.
Richard was the proud recipient of one of of the highest leadership awards in the Army-The General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. It recognizes company-grade and junior warrant officers who demonstrated the ideals of duty, honor, country--and who exhibited outstanding leadership and performance.
Richard was fortunate to have opportunities to acquire a number of skills including crisis response, contingency planning, team building, senior leader advisory, training development & management. His leaders taught him the importance of communication. Thanks to a number of challenging experiences, he has become adept at problem solving and time management.
Contributions he brings to the table are his abilities to develop individuals and teams, teach them how to work under pressure, how to communicate well and turn them into productive members of a team. Other strengths he teaches are how to build a strong work ethic and develop emerging leaders.
